About Victoria

Victoria Houghton brings extensive experience leading and delivering HR transformation across global organisations, multiple industries and complex operating environments.

Her work spans sectors including financial services, pharma, and professional services organisations, supporting businesses through a wide range of transformation scenarios, from HR operating model redesign and large-scale system implementation to acquisition integration, divestiture, HRO, and RPO transitions.

Victoria has led and supported the implementation and optimisation of leading HR platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD and HiBob, working closely with HR, IT, Finance and business leaders to translate strategy into practical, adoptable solutions.

This breadth of experience enables Charting Change to support organisations at different stages of maturity, from scaling and growth-stage businesses to large, established enterprises navigating complexity and change.
